Campaign & Recipient Statuses
What do the campaign and recipient statuses mean in the Scribeless platform?
Campaigns and recipients have various statuses that track their progress through the mailing process. This article explains each status to help you understand what's happening with your campaigns.

Additional Campaign Statuses:
Admin Hold: The campaign has been placed on hold by our team due to an issue identified during quality checks.
Recipient Statuses
Ready: Recipient is ready to be processed.
In Progress: The recipient has been accepted and is awaiting processing by our team.
Shipped: The recipient's note has been shipped and will be handed to a carrier within one working day.

Important Note
Recipients in Ready to Ship status cannot be removed as they have already been paid for. Any changes to these recipients require admin assistance and may involve amendments to the associated Stripe account. Please contact our support team for help with these situations.
