Use the Scribeless HubSpot connector to send HubSpot contacts into Scribeless campaigns. After it is installed, your team can use Scribeless from HubSpot workflows and from supported HubSpot contact records.
Before you start, make sure you have:
A HubSpot user with permission to install connected apps.
A Scribeless account with an API key for the team you want HubSpot to use.
At least one Scribeless campaign already created. HubSpot adds recipients to an existing campaign; it does not create the campaign for you.
Temporary install link
Until the updated HubSpot Marketplace listing is approved, the Marketplace Install button may open the old Scribeless platform URL. If that happens, use the direct install link instead:
This link starts the correct HubSpot OAuth install flow, then returns you to Scribeless to connect your Scribeless team API key.
Open the HubSpot app listing
In HubSpot, open the Scribeless app listing from the HubSpot Marketplace or from the install link shared by Scribeless. If Scribeless is already installed, you can also find it under Settings > Integrations > Connected apps.
If you are reinstalling the connector, remove the old Scribeless app first, then install it again. This helps HubSpot refresh the permissions and setup screen.
Choose your HubSpot account
When HubSpot asks which account to connect, choose the HubSpot account that should use Scribeless.
If you manage more than one HubSpot account, check the account name carefully before continuing.
Review the permissions
HubSpot will show the permissions requested by Scribeless. Review them, accept HubSpot's terms if prompted, then continue.
Scribeless needs these permissions so it can read HubSpot contact details, show campaign choices inside HubSpot, and create Scribeless recipients from HubSpot actions.
Connect your Scribeless team
After HubSpot authorizes the app, you will be sent to a Scribeless connection page. Paste your Scribeless API key into the field and select Connect Scribeless.
The API key decides which Scribeless team and campaigns HubSpot can use. If you later need to connect HubSpot to a different Scribeless team, repeat the setup and enter the API key for that team.
Confirm the connection
When the API key is accepted, you will see a confirmation page. This means HubSpot can now load Scribeless campaigns and send contacts to Scribeless using the connected team.
Return to HubSpot when prompted.
Check the app is installed
Back in HubSpot, go to Settings > Integrations > Connected apps. You should see Scribeless listed as an installed app.
Troubleshooting
If the campaign list is empty, check that you have at least one active Scribeless campaign in the connected Scribeless team.
If HubSpot says the app is already installed but setup does not work, uninstall Scribeless from Connected apps, then install it again.
If the Scribeless connection page rejects your API key, create or copy a fresh key from Scribeless and try again. Make sure you are using a key for the team that owns the campaign you want to send to.
